In consideration of the acceptance of the right to participate, participants, by execution of this entry form, release and discharge the Seaside Cruizers Car Club, the organizers, sponsors and promoters of this event, and as applicable their officers, directors, employees, members and agents of any and all known or unknown damages, injuries, losses, judgments and/or claims from any cause whatsoever that may be suffered by any participant to his or her person or property.

Each participant expressly agrees to indemnify all the foregoing entities, firms, persons and bodies, of and from any and all liability, including attorney fees, occasioned or resulting from the conduct of participants or any person assisting or cooperating with the participant and under the direction and control of the participant. Management will do all in its power to ensure a successful event. We ask that you do the same. Kindly observe all Provincial and local ordinances, all safety and traffic regulations, safety rules and fire ordinances.

Registering includes your approval to use photos of your car or yourself from any of Seaside Cruizers Car Club organized events in any Seaside Cruizers Car Club publication, media package, web site, or other marketing material without remuneration.
